This magazine was part of what we submitted on behalf of our clients to Leaders In Luxury (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Experts) that resulted in our clients winning a national award for their branding.   Created as a subliminal advertising piece to combat  “mailbox fatigue” in their advertising sphere.  The magazine is a gift to their mailing list – and the only ads found in there are for the real estate group.

Each quarter, we design the content by paying close attention to the following:

1. The interests of their clients and personal spheres of influence

2. Cross-promotional marketing opportunities for local business owners and industry experts

3. Trending events that we can link up with a popular hashtag when we repurpose the content for blogs shared on their social media outlets.
